As part of our contribution to the Scottish Government’s Hydro Nation initiative, we regularly share our experience by taking part in workshops and delivering training.
Most recently our Chief Executive Alan Sutherland explained economic regulation and the role customers played in the Strategic Review of Charges as part of a wider training programme delivered by RegWAS.
The programme involves training regulators from Latin America and the Caribbean on public policies and regulation of water and sanitation services. It has been delivered to more than 200 participants from across 20 countries.
